Green Motion Car and Van Rental is seeking a Rental Car Agent to join our team at the Arcadia location. As a Rental Car Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their car rental needs, processing rental agreements, managing rental inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with their car rental needs
• Process rental agreements and manage rental inventory
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report any damage or mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean and organized rental office and rental vehicles
• Meet sales goals and promote additional services and upgrades to customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in the car rental industry is a plus, but not required
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

We offer competitive compensation starting at $18 per hour, as well as full-time and part-time positions with flexible schedules. Training will be provided for all job duties and responsibilities.
